My Philosophy

I believe education is a fundamental human right that transforms lives at every stage. Schools play a crucial role in this process, with a focus on the "Child" as the central element. It's essential to cultivate a child-centric ecosystem that spans from preschool to higher education, emphasizing global citizenship, sustainable development, human rights, gender equality, and vocational skills.

Drawing from Indian culture, I align education with the four Purusharthas:

  • Artha: Means of life and resources
  • Kama: Desires and passions
  • Dharma: Moral behavior
  • Moksha Liberation and purpose

Integrating these values fosters a cohesive personality, helping children understand their identity and purpose. Education should not only impart knowledge but also guide children toward a meaningful existence.

As Albert Einstein said, “The school should always aim to develop a harmonious personality, not just a specialist.”

UNICEF underscores that every child deserves quality education that respects their dignity. Achieving this is complex, and over the past 31 years, I have dedicated myself to simplifying the path toward holistic, child-centric education.
